Employees were working on a platform that was not secured while being elevated 9 feet in the air.

BH Construction on or about December 30, 2019, at the address of Winfield Manor Ct., Middleton Township, OH: The employer failed to ensure that all employees were protected from falls while working on the porch roof of the residential structure. The individual was observed sheathing the roof without the benefit of any type of fall protection.
