29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:    Production floor, 33 Industrial Way, Wilmington, MA.    a) On or about 1/9/20, a flexible cord was used to move power from a receptacle fed by a fixed conduit to a relocatable power tap in a location away from the receptacle. During transfer of a silica slurry that contained a flammable material, the material caught on fire.
