29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours: a. On or about 8:30 PM on January 13, 2020, at 5600 Sandlake Rd, Orlando, FL, 32819, an employee suffered a work related injury and was hospitalized. The employer was aware of the in-patient hospitalization at about 3:00 PM of January 13, 2020. The employer notified OSHA on January 15, 2020 at 2:45 PM of the in-patient hospitalization.
