29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(ii): The employer did not assure that each employee, as necessary, had been trained by a competent person in the correct procedures for erecting, maintaining, disassembling and inspecting the fall protection systems to be used:    (a) Jobsite, 281 Route 30, Imperial, PA:  On or about January 15, 2020 an employee unhooked from a rope grab and began to walk across the roof to the ladder access when a roof joist below a metal panel broke free and bent causing the employee to fall approximately 19 feet to the interior of the structure. had not been trained by a competent person in the correct procedures for erecting and maintaining fall protection systems being used.
