29 CFR 1926.1412(f)(1): 29 CFR 1926.1412(f)(1): The equipment was not inspected at least every 12 months by a qualified person in accordance with paragraph (d) of this section. On or about January 22, 2020 at the worksite located at 3975 Chamblee Road in Oakwood, Georgia, employees were exposed to struck by hazards when the employer failed to ensure that the American 5300 yard crane was inspected at least every 12 months to ensure no deficiencies were present that would effect the safe operation of the crane.
