29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1) as referenced by 29 CFR 1926.103: A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:   a) 326 Route 46 East, Mountain Lakes, NJ  The employer did not implement the company's written respiratory protection program in that an employee with facial hair wore a 3M 6300 half mask, negative pressure respirator during cleaning of gasoline storage tank.    Violation occurred on or about 1/23/2020

29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function:  a) 326 Route 46 East, Mountain Lakes, NJ  An employee with facial hair that interfered with the sealing surface of the face piece was allowed to wear a 3M 6300 half mask, negative pressure respirator to enter a fuel storage tank for cleaning.     Violation occurred on or about 1/23/2020
