29 CFR 1910.333(a)(1): Live parts to which an employee may be exposed were not deenergized before the employee works on or near them, unless the employer can demonstrate that deenergizing introduces additional or increased hazards or is infeasible due to equipment design or operational limitations.     a.  Warehouse at Truck Bay 21:  On or about January 22, 2020 the employer exposed an employee to electrical hazards, in that members of management observed while an employee performed work on and near an energized 108/240 volt main electrical box to assist an electrical technician in servicing the equipment.
