29 CFR 1910.184(c)(9): Employee(s) were not kept clear of load(s) suspended, or about to be lifted by sling(s):    On January 22, 2020, when an employee was preparing to use a hoist to lift a plate steel part (boot side), he was not clear of the unsecured part after it was unclamped and before it was attached to the hoist.  An injury resulted when the boot side fell to the side.
