29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(ii): Category 1 or 2 flammable liquids, or Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 degree F (37.8 degree C), were dispensed into containers without the containers being electrically interconnected:    The employer is failing to ensure that flammable liquids, including red dip enamel paint and paint/solvent mixture, were transferred between containers that were electrically interconnected by bonding. Paint and mixing tanks in the Paint Pit/Dip area were not bonded during the transfer of category 2 flammable liquids. This hazard was observed on or about February 13, 2020.

29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of Particulates Not Otherwise Regulated / Total Dust listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time-Weighted Average concentration of 15 milligram per cubic meter (15 mg/m3):    The employer is failing to ensure that employee exposure to airborne concentrations of Particulates Not Otherwise Regulated / Total Dust does not exceed 15 mg/m3, as an 8 hour time-weighted average (TWA). On or about February 13, 2020 in the Manual Pipe Weld Area, an employee engaged in finish welding of pipe was exposed to airborne total particulates at an 8 hour TWA of 16.28 mg/m3, approximately 1.09 times the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) of 15 mg/m3. Sampling was performed for 439 minutes and zero exposure is assumed for the 41 minutes not sampled.
