29 CFR 1910.134(h)(1)(i): Respirators issued for the exclusive use of an employee were not cleaned and disinfected as often as necessary to be maintained in a sanitary condition: USS Lake Champlain, Sonar 1: Employees performing fire watch tasks were required to use half-mask respirators. Wipe samples obtained inside employees' respirator masks during the inspection showed the positive presence of iron oxide fume.
