29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:   Worksite located at 4901 E. Red Bridge Road, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were observed working on the roof removing shingling materials, liners, and nails off the roof and were not wearing any means of eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  Worksite located at 4901 E. Red Bridge Road, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were observed working on a steep roof and were not protected from falling by the use of a harnesses connected to the ropes and lanyards as anchorage.
