29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Powered industrial truck(s) were not examined for defects after each shift:      A.)  Great Lakes Manufacturing, Inc. - On or about 2/20/20, and at times prior thereto, forklifts, including, but not limited to, the TCM forklift, were not being inspected prior to or after operation on each shift.      Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
