29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form. Location: Spray Booth On or about February 25, 2020, no identification or evaluation of respiratory hazards was conducted for chemical hazards such as, but not limited to, acrylic polyurethane, butanone, and xylene. Framemytv.com, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1422031, citation 2, item 2b, and was affirmed as a final order on 10/30/19, with respect to a workplace located at 419 River Street, Haverhill, MA 01830.
