29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:   a) Bottle room - On or about February 21, 2020 and at times prior thereto, customers employees are exposed to ingoing nip points and rotating parts while cleaning behind and/or unjamming the bottle machines.  The back panels of the machines are regularly left off and/or not secured to the machine.
