29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    Construction jobsite: On or about February 24, 2020, employees working from a stairway platform were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6-feet while not utilizing any form of fall protection. The platform guardrails were removed to allow equipment access through the front door of the Master Control Center building.
