29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(ix): Lamps for general illumination were not protected from accidental contact or breakage by a suitable fixture or lampholder with a guard:     The employer is failing to protect employees from electric shock and laceration hazards due to low hanging lampholders with unprotected bulbs.  The most recent occurrence was evident during the inspection conducted on February 27, 2020 at 2800 S. 13th St, Norfolk, NE 68701.  In the loft area where supplies are kept there are 2 low hanging lampholders that have unprotected lightbulbs exposing employees to laceration and electric shock hazards.
