29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    Frozen Dept.:    1) The adjustable guards of the bandsaws were not adjusted down to the height of the block to prevent contact with the saw blade during cutting operations.     2) Chain conveyor and sprocket pinchpoints of the two saw dust machines were not adequately guarded.     Fresh Dept.:    Chain and sprocket wheel drives of the gurry machine were not adequately guarded.
