29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: (a) Production Area- LAM #1, LAM #2, and Gel coat, the employer did not provide effective information and training on hazardous chemicals for: AOC Polyester Resin Solution and AOC Gel Coat. Employees were exposed to chemical hazards associated with ototoxic chemicals and permanent hearing loss.
