Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  On or about March 6, 2020, at a jobsite located at Aquabella Community Building 70, Hialeah FL, an employee performing decking work without the use of fall protection was exposed to a 10-ft. fall hazard.
