29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b)    On or about March 12, 2020, On the roof of a residential structure under construction located at 4917 - 4937 Pointe Midtown Way in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 17-feet, 9-inches, when notating locations of and performing corrective work on the roof of a residential structure with a 5 on 12-inch pitch while not being protected from falling to the lower level.      Richard & Rice Construction Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1362349, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/16/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1405 NE 7th Avenue in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
