29 CFR 1910.110(b)(20)(iv)(d): All commercial, industrial appliances or equipment were not install in accordance with the requirements of NFPA 96-1970 standard for the removal of smoke and grease-laden vapors from Commercial Cooking Equipment,.    On or about March 16, 2020, employees were expose to inhalation hazards from grease-laden vapors generated from a deep fryer and other food cooking appliances.  These conditions exposed employees to health hazards from chemical's by-products known to be mutagenic and carcinogenic. 29 CFR 1910.94(a)(4)(i): The construction, installation, inspection, and maintenance of exhaust systems did not conform to the principles and requirements set forth in the American National Standard Institute Fundamentals Governing the Design and Operation of Local Exhaust Systems, Z9.2-1971, and ANSI Z33.1-1961, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6:     On or about March 16, 2020, the inspection and maintenance of exhaust systems were not kept as to conform with principles and requirements of ANSI Z9.2-1971 and ANSI Z33.1-1961.  This condition exposed employees to the inhalation of hazardous chemical vapors from deep fryer's systems.
