Section 5(a)(l) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards:        On or about March 18, 2020, and at times prior thereto, at a workplace located at 1221 E. McGregor Drive, McGregor, Texas; in the 3-point area, the pendant controls to the Pillar Jib ½ ton hoist did not have the pendant controls buttons marked and/or labeled, exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
