29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer failed to report the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident, within (24) twenty-four hours.  On Saturday 11 April 2020, at approximately 9:00AM, an employee suffered a head injury when he fell backwards out of the cab of his truck onto the concrete slab. The truck driver suffered an acute subdural hematoma, resulting in his being Hospitalized. The hospitalization was not reported to the Occupational Safety & Health Administration until 13 April 2020 at approximately 11:24AM.
