29 CFR 1910.265(c)(30)(ix): Vehicle(s) were not equipped with brakes capable of holding and controlling the vehicle(s) and capacity load upon any incline or grade over which the vehicle might be operated:   On or about May 6, 2020, at the chip yard, the employer did not ensure the brakes of a wheeled loader were capable of holding and controlling the loader when backing down an incline which exposes employees to struck-by hazards.
