1926.501(b)(1):  An employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:      (a)  On or about May 19, 2020 and at times prior employees were exposed to a fall hazard of up to 18 feet next to an unprotected edge while shoveling gravel to build up a landscaping wall and road in the vicinity of 1325 57th Avenue NE in Bismarck, North Dakota.
