29 CFR 1904.29(b)(1): The employer did not provide the required injury or illness descriptions on the Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses, OSHA Form 300:  A.)  Erie Zoological Society dba Erie Zoo, 423 West 38th Street, Erie, PA  16508, on or about June 6, 2020 and times prior thereto:  The employer described the injury as a "bite" in column F, but did not describe the part of the body affected, or the object/substance that directly injured the employee for a recordable incident that occurred on June 6, 2020.  B.)  Erie Zoological Society dba Erie Zoo, 423 West 38th Street, Erie, PA  16508, on or about June 6, 2020 and times prior thereto:  The employer described the injury and part of the body affected as a "broken finger" in column F, but did not describe the object/substance that directly injured the employee for a recordable incident that occurred on June 6, 2020.
