Crossbraces were used as a means of access. a. On or about June 12, 2020, at the above addressed jobsite, employees conducting masonry operations from a welded frame metal scaffold, thirteen (13) feet two (2) inches above the ground, was not provided with safe access to a ladder, thereby exposing the employee to falls.
