29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit.":  a.  On or about June 30, 2020, in the frozen food processing area in warehouse 9026 Herring, the exit routes for employees operating forklifts inside were not identified with a sign reading EXIT, thus exposing employees to hazards, including but limited to, smoke inhalation.
