A) Poet Biorefinery-Marion LLC, 1660 Hillman-Ford Road, Marion, OH, 43302: On or about August 21, 2020, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls while performing bearing inspections on Scalper 2 level. Employee was performing these activities near an unguarded open floor hole and was exposed to a fall of 8 feet to a metal grating surface on level below.
