29 CFR  1926.651(k)(2): Where the competent person finds evidence of a situation that could result in a possible cave-in, indications of failure of protective systems, hazardous atmospheres, or other hazardous conditions, exposed employees were not removed from the hazardous area until the necessary precautions have been taken to ensure their safety.   A)	1200 State St, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861 - Buckeye Terminals Perth Amboy  Employees were working inside an excavation with evidence of water. They were in the process or attaching a manhole collar to a rigging system when the collar shifted creating a gap on the ground. An employee fell inside the gap and injured his ankle and rib cage.   Condition noted on or about 08/27/2020
