On or about September 9, 2020, employees were exposed to fire hazards when working in the Press Room and the employer stored multiple 660 gallon portable tanks containing category 2 flammable liquids within the Press Room, outside of an inside storage room.

29 CFR  1910.120(q)(3)(ii):The individual in charge of the incident command system did not identify, to the extent possible, all hazardous substances or conditions present and did not address, as appropriate, site analysis, use of engineering controls, maximum exposure limits, hazardous substance handling procedures and the use of any new technologies:  On or about July 29, 2020, employees were exposed to fire and chemical hazards when cleaning up a large spill of approximately 500 gallons of a corrosive, category 2 flammable liquid in the Press Room and onsite management did not identify conditions present nor address appropriate hazardous substance handling procedures during clean up operations while the air evacuation system was inoperative.
