29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  (a)  Breckenridge Subdivision, Waterside Circle:  On September 17, 2020 and times prior, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 13 feet to the ground below while conducting framing activities.  The employer provided personal fall arrest system was not adequate in that employees utilized body belts and the anchorage was not designed to support at least 5000 pounds per employee attached.     Note: Effective January 1, 1998, body belts are not acceptable as part of a personal fall arrest system.
