29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): GVS Filtration, Inc. - Findlay, Ohio: On or about September 12, 2020, the employer did not assure the pneumatic Click Press, used to cut the nose foam pieces for N99 masks, was adequately guarded to protect employees from amputation injuries created by the machine's cutting blades.
