29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) 1829 Saverscool Ave. Allentown, PA.: On or about September 28, 2020, a competent person failed to ensure formwork panels were secured or blocked to prevent toppling prior to removing the final braces and spindles holding the formwork panels to the poured concrete wall. Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from falling panels.
