29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):   On our about September 30, 2020, employees used hazardous chemicals, such as but not limited to, a degreaser, lubricants, and gasoline to maintain trucks. The employer did not developed a program which would address labeling and other forms of warning on chemical containers, Safety Data Sheets, and employee information and training on the hazards associated with chemicals used at this site.
