29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) Gallery 102 - While on the second floor, employees entered and were removing material from an Electro-Elsa material hoist, model number M20S, serial number 880711, where the loading dock door was not secure in that it was missing a door slide latch, and had a broken or missing door guide, exposing employees to a fall hazard of 28 feet and 11 inches, on or about 09/28/2020. NO ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
