29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about October 14, 2020, an employee was not protected by a hard hat while working around an active backhoe, exposing the employee to a struck-by hazard. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
