29 CFR  1904.39(a)(3) The employer did not report the fatality, in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye either electronic submission, in person, or by telephone, to include the OSHA toll-free number, or to the OSHA Area Office that is nearest to the site of the incident:   a)Cresco, PA:  An employee experienced an injury which resulted in hospitalization on October 22, 2020, and the employer failed to report the in-patient hospitalization by telephone to the Wilkes-Barre Area Office the office that was nearest to the site of the incident.  ABATEMENT OBSERVED DURING INSPECTION - NO CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
