29 CFR  1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered:   a) Hurricane: On or about November 2, 2020 and times prior, an employee was exposed to head injuries while operating a 2006 Honda Ranger ATV to travel to and from the sales meter to change charts. The employer did not ensure protective equipment such as a DOT approved helmet was utilized while operating the vehicle.
