29 CFR 1910.29(b)(2)(i): Midrails were not installed at a height midway between the top edge of the guiderail system and the walking-working surface:  a) Scissor Lift - An employee working on Genie GS-1930 Scissor Lift was exposed to fall hazards of approximately nine (9) feet without a midrail, on or about October 28, 2020.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
