Maintenance check includes an internal examination, except extinguishers with stored pressure.  PPG Paints 9218,  Tucker, GA- (Throughout the Facility)-Annual maintenance check  and charging was not performed on the several of the fire extinguishers exposing employees to a fire hazard.

29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(2)(i): The employer did not provide information to the employees on the requirements of the Hazard Communication Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200:  PPG Paints 9218, Tucker, GA-In the mixing and tinting area, employees mixed and stored paints.  New employees had not received training on the hazards of the chemicals along with the location of the SDS and hazard communication program, on or about 11/24/2020.
