29 CFR  1910.30(b)(3):  The employer did not train each employee who uses a rope descent system in proper rigging and use of the equipment in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.27:  a) At/near 31742 Cayman Court, Orange Beach, Al. (project name - Ono Island CET Rehabilitation, number CMOB2000076);  On or about December 3, 2020 and times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall and struck by hazards in that the employer failed to ensure employees using a Sky Climber Sky Stage Ultra two point suspended scaffolds with Sky Climber Model CX1250 motors were properly trained in accordance with 1910.27.
