29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   a) Jobsite located at 3700 Lancaster Avenue, Philadelphia, PA.: The employer did not ensure that an employee was protected from falls. Employees were building elevator tower and working on a commercial roof approximately 40 feet above the ground level. An employee working by the edge of a low sloped roof did not utilize adequate form of fall protection; thus exposing an employee to fall hazards.  Condition was observed on or about 29 DEC 2020.
