29 CFR  1903.19(c)(1): The employer did not certify to OSHA, within 10 calendar days after the abatement date, that the cited violation had been abated:   On or about 6/13/2021, The employer failed to certify to OSHA that the following have been abated.  New residential construction located on Lot #100-EOM at 123 Cumming Street, Alpharetta, GA 30009, Rear side of structure: On or about 01/06/2021, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while installing roof trusses, in that the crane operator was not certified, trained, or licensed to operate the National Crane (Model 900A) Hydraulic Boom Crane.  New residential construction located on Lot #100 EOM at 123 Cumming Street, Alpharetta, GA 30009, Backside of structure: On or about 01/06/2021, the employer failed to provide the crane operator with the crane's operator manual, load charts, and special instructions and warning materials inside the cab of the mobile crane used to set trusses. This information was not available upon request during the inspection.
