29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i):Except as provided elsewhere in this section 29 CFR 1910.28, the employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by one or more of the systems described in 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): a) Sorting Machine; On or about January 4, 2021 and at times prior to the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that employees would climb out onto the sorting machine to conduct activities such as straightening boards and replacing chains while being approximately 19' above the ground level without the use of fall protection being enforced exposing the employees to fall hazards.

29 CFR 1910.124(g)(2):Employees who worked with liquids that could burn, irritate, or otherwise harm their skin were not provided with an emergency shower and eye-wash station close to the dipping and coating operation: a) Dip Tank; On or about January 4, 2021 and at times prior to the employer exposed employees to hazards associated with corrosive chemicals in that the employer required employees to work with and around a dip tank that contained corrosive chemicals to treat pallets of wood without first providing an emergency shower and eye-wash station exposing the employees to hazards associated with corrosive chemicals.
