29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) 867 Frosty Hollow Rd. Langhorne, PA 19047 - On or about January 8, 2021, employees were performing roofing work on a steeply pitched roof, approximately 20 feet above grade, without utilizing an appropriate means of fall protection.    No abatement certification or documentation is required.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access:  a) 867 Frosty Hollow Rd. Langhorne, PA 19047 - On or about January 8, 2021, employees were utilizing a portable ladder, which only extended approximately 1 foot above the upper landing surface of the roof. The ladder was pitched up against the roof on the front side of the residential home roughly 20 feet above grade.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date, and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
