29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section. (a) Jobsite located on 2001 Beach St. Philadelphia, PA - 19125: The employer failed to ensure employees were using fall protection while performing framing activities approximately 10 feet above ground level, thereby exposing them to fall hazards. Condition was observed on or about 8 January 2021.
