29 CFR  1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline all of the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy:    On or about 01/14/2021, the company's energy control program was deficient, in that specific procedural steps or additional methods and instructions for the control of hazardous energy sources were not developed and/or utilized by employee tasked with completing servicing and/or maintenance activities. Employees who service/maintain equipment such as, but not limited to, the (Suzhou Kisinhom) continuous conveyor, model no. - TR 1400 located in the center of the main UV production area, were potentially exposed to hazards created by the unexpected start-up and/or energization of the machinery.
