29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  120 Turnpike Rd., Southborough, MA: On or about January 26, 2021, an employee working from the roof of this commercial building, more than 35 feet above the ground below was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
