29 CFR  1926.501(b)(3):  Each employee in a hoist area was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems:  a.  On or about January 28, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee in a hoist area was exposed to a fall  of  twelve (12) feet  two (2) inches created by the presence of unprotected sides,  thereby exposing the employee to hazards associated with falls.
